We are the only traditional butchers left in the village 'Studley' (the largest village in England).
We support local farms as well as sourcing great rare breeds from their original countries i.e. welsh black, Aberdeen angus etc..
We are a game specialist selling Venison, Pheasant, Rabbit, partridge, woodcock and pigeon freshly in season and frozen out of season.
We are also the first butchers to use dry agers to hang our beef to perfection they are widely used in Michelin star restaurants and provide an unusual look to our shop.

and each one is handmade with care and full of meat, all our homemade products
are made using only the best local free range meat, farmhouse sausage, dry cured
bacon and free range eggs fresh from our counter in all our fresh handmade products.
